1
Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the Calqira mobile app, distributed on the Google Play Store.
It explains what information the app uses, for what purpose, and what choices remain yours. By installing and using Calqira, you accept the practices described below.
2
Developer
Calqira is developed and published by Croxal, a mobile app development studio.
TO CONFIRM: legal status and address to state, where the applicable law requires it.
3
Data concerned
Calqira is designed to work without a user account. The app asks for no name, no email address and no phone number.
TO CONFIRM: the exact list of data actually collected or transmitted by the app, as declared in the Data safety section of the Google Play Console.
The following categories must be confirmed before publication:
advertising identifiers used by the ad network;
technical diagnostic data possibly transmitted;
aggregated usage data possibly transmitted.
4
Local storage
Your preferences and your activity in the app are stored locally on your device:
selected theme;
chosen language;
modules marked as favourites;
calculation history.
This information is not sent to Croxal. It disappears when you clear the app data or uninstall the app.
5
Advertising
Calqira is offered free of charge and displays advertising to fund its development.
Advertising may rely on an advertising identifier provided by your device. Depending on your region and your settings, the ads shown may be personalised or non-personalised.
TO CONFIRM: the exact configuration chosen (personalised ads, non-personalised ads, or a choice left to the user).
6
AdMob
The ad network used is Google AdMob, provided by Google.
Google may process certain data in order to serve the ads. Those processing operations are described in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
TO CONFIRM: exact AdMob configuration (formats enabled, consent handling, child-directed setting if any).
7
Third-party services
Besides the ad network, the app may rely on the services of the distribution platform.
TO CONFIRM: the list of third-party SDKs actually integrated (for example analytics, crash reporting). If no other service is integrated, state that explicitly here.
8
Use of information
The information processed is used only to:
run the app and remember your preferences;
display the advertising that funds the app;
fix faults and improve the quality of the app.
Croxal does not sell any data and does not use it for any other purpose.
9
Retention
Data stored locally remains on your device for as long as the app is installed.
You can delete it at any time from your phone settings (clear the app data) or by uninstalling Calqira.
TO CONFIRM: retention periods applied by the third-party services used.
10
Security
Calculations run directly on the device. Preferences and history are stored in the app’s private storage area, protected by the operating system.
As no security measure is absolute, keeping your device and its system up to date is recommended.
11
Your rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection regarding your data.
As the app keeps no user account, most of these rights are exercised directly from your device: advertising identifier settings, clearing the app data, uninstalling.
